Pastor Tim with his family

Pastor Tim Bonebright has been the Pastor of Goodland Bible Church since July 2015. He was born in Northridge, California and was raised in Thousand Oaks, California. It was there, as a teenager, that he recognized God’s call on him to ministry.

After graduating from high school, Pastor Tim earned an A.A. from Moorpark Community College, followed by a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Maranatha Baptist Bible College (now Maranatha Baptist University), and then a M.A. in Biblical Studies from Maranatha Baptist Graduate School.

Before coming to Goodland Bible Church, Pastor Tim had over 10 years of ministry experience. While working predominately with teenagers, he was also able to be involved in many different areas in the church.

Pastor Tim and his wife, Sarah, have been married since 2012 and have four kids. Tim and Sarah thank the Lord for the children that He has given them and the desire to raise their children to love God and serve others.

Pastor Tim is committed to expository preaching of the Word of God. He and his family thank the Lord for directing them to Goodland and are looking forward to a long and fruitful ministry at Goodland Bible Church.
